Board Chair’s Message

Dear Board Members and Chamber Family,

It's my honor and privilege to step in as your Chairman of the Board. Anyone who served with Joe Siecinski has heard those words before. It was his line, and he said it like he meant it, because he did. I can't think of a better way to honor him than to keep saying it.

Joe loved this chamber and gave it some of his best years, and we are better for it. The strongest thing I can do in his memory is keep building what he cared about. Getting here took more than any one person, and I'm grateful to Franchesca Lacanlale, whose leadership alongside Harbir and our staff carried us a long way.

What's ahead is what excites me, and none of it happens alone. We're stronger together than any of us are on our own. We have real momentum right now, more members and more energy than we've had in years, and I don't plan to let it slow down. If we keep showing up for each other and keep pulling in the same direction, we'll grow this chamber into something none of us could build by ourselves. Now let's get to work.
