Notary Services at the Chamber
The Chamber is pleased to offer professional Notary Services to our members, provided by a commissioned Public Notary of the State of California. Whether you need documents notarized for business, legal, or personal matters, our on-site Notary is available to assist you throughout the week.
Availability
Our commissioned Notary Public is available at the Chamber on the following days:
- Monday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Walk-ins are welcome — no appointment necessary.
Service Fees
- $15 per Notary Stamp & Signature
- Payment accepted: Check or Cash

What to Bring
To ensure a smooth notarization process, please bring the following with you:
- The unsigned document(s) requiring notarization
- A valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID)
- Any witnesses, if required by your document
- Payment in cash or check
